Step inside to find a spacious living room with a cathedral ceiling, which seamlessly connects to a gourmet kitchen equipped with a built-in bar. The main seating area is furnished with a leather couch, upholstered armchairs, and a coffee table. The living room also includes a built-in desk with high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, ensuring you stay connected. To the left, there is a bathroom featuring a mosaic-tiled shower and wash basin. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a king-sized bed custom-built by a local woodworker, a luxurious mattress, and original paintings by the owner and other island artists adorning the walls. The room also includes a dresser, clothing racks, and a desk.

Guests have access to a lovely pool located just 20 meters away via a garden path, complete with chaise lounges and chairs for relaxation. The property is equipped with a backup electric generator to ensure uninterrupted power, and ample parking is available. The cottage is situated in a gated community, a short 5-minute drive from some of the island’s most beautiful and least crowded beaches.

Additional amenities include high-speed internet ideal for digital nomads, a washing machine located in the central villa utility room near the pool, and robust air cooling and climate control. For those interested, the art studio of the renowned island painter is available upon request. Dogs are welcome, making this cottage a perfect retreat for all guests.
